Horrible experience and the worst ‘service’ I have EVER experienced when travelling. Our room was a little house on the ground floor, right next to the pool which at first sight looked like a great spot for a hot day in the city. However, it turned out that this house in the courtyard was located RIGHT NEXT TO a local market, with people and vehicles coming and going from 3 AM (!) in the morning. We didn’t sleep AT ALL due to the sound of the motors and people screaming and shouting. Moreover, there’s no one in the reception from 07.30 (as written on the sign) and no one’s is answering on any of the telephone numbers. So, there’s basically nobody to complain to. We feel absolutely horrible after loosing an entire night of sleep. This is the worst experience we have had these 2 weeks in Thailand, and what a horrible way to finish a wonderful vacation. The pool house has the most horrible location right next to a noisy local market, preventing you from getting any sleep at all. Do your research and find a better option in Phuket.

We stayed at the Besevanna for just 2 nights and it was a really nice, clean hotel. The pool was nice and the staff were friendly. The rooms were nice and clean but small so was fine for a short stay. Great location on market street and close to all the activity. Very cute hotel

Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights. It was a very comfortable stay, the room was nice and very clean with a great location.staff we're friendly and helpful. The only negative was the pool area is quite small with only 4 sunbeds so unless you get down early you're unlikely to get a space.

The location can't be beat! It's a 3 minute walk to Old Town Phuket and you have the option to return during the day for a refresh in the pool, which was a welcome relief from the heat. The staff are lovely and helpful, arranged laundry services and airport transportation for us. The rooms were bright, bottled water replenished daily and the beds are comfortable. Lots of restaurant options to walk to within minutes and we really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay here again if in Old Town Phuket!

Lovely hotel in the heart of the best walking streets in Old Phuket town. Friendly staff and good amenities. We stated in the ground floor pool terrace room which I would highly recommend as you can easily step out into the pool. We will definitely stay here again.
